思培听力怎么记笔记：抓住问题与最后决定

先画一个能用的框架

人物／问题 → 限制 → 方案 → 最终决定

用短词和箭头即可。星期、金额、人数可以直接记数字；对未采用的方案加叉，对最后确认的安排加圈。

不要预先画太复杂的表格。两人解决问题的对话适合这个框架，多人观点题则需要把不同人物分开。

跟着修车对话记一遍

下方对话中，顾客的问题是周五要上班。周六没有空位，周四送车又影响当晚用车。最后保留周五预约，在开门前把车和钥匙留下。

一边复盘，一边删掉无用记录

第一次练习先听后答，不看文本；第二遍查看哪些信息没记住；最后对照原文。若记了很多地点却漏掉最终安排，下次就优先听确认句。若答案需要原因，要补上因果关系，不能只记一个名词。

避免把提过的方案当成答案

Could I bring my car on Saturday? 是一个提议；I will keep my Friday appointment. 才是最终选择。笔记中的信息应带上状态，而不是把所有日期并排抄下。

换到会议室练习后，尝试用“人数／时间／设备／决定”四个词记录。能换结构，才说明你在理解对话。

区分听不出、记不住和选错

复盘时先看原文：看了仍不懂，处理词汇和句意；看懂但没听出来，重听该句并标出连在一起的词；听懂却忘了，缩短笔记并记录关系；材料都知道但选错，检查选项是否扩大范围或改变肯定程度。
